3 dl water

1 big ice cube

2 small blocks frozen spinach

1/3 avocado (ca. 50g)

1 date

1 scoop collagen powder (10g)

1 ts of nut butter (10-15g)

1 tbsp psyllium husks (10g)

1 ts chia seeds (5-10g)

1 ts cacao nibs (5-10g)


Top with all your favourite things...
