The retreat is composed of a well-balanced program, with activities for the mind, body and soul.
Practice combines movement, stillness, gratefulness and mindfulness. The main purpose of the retreat is to help participants connect with themselves and encourage kindness with oneself. Devoting time for improvement, growth and reflection. Tools you learn at the retreat are meant to have positive impact on your life. Helping you plant the necessary seeds to live a life with a stronger sense of resilience, calmness, gratefulness and strength.
Participants are invited to evaluate how much they wish to participate in the movement activities. We encourage everyone to follow the schedule, but our wish is also for our participants to listen to themselves, as some need more time to rest. All classes are fit for both beginners and advanced practitioners, no prior experience is needed. The retreat includes a cooking workshop, a self-care workshop, guided hikes and an idyllic beach picnic. This retreat offers an opportunity to meet yourself with self-acceptance and open arms, receiving the full abundance of what this precious life has to offer.

On the day of the retreat, you are welcome to arrive anytime after 4pm. The retreat will commence with a welcome dinner at 7pm. On the last day, we offer a farewell brunch at 9.30am, check-out is at noon.
You have the option to book a private room, or to share a room with a friend, if you wish to share this experience with a loved one. If not you have the option to be paired with another participant. The rooms are installed with double beds, which will be shared, we hope participants will regard this as a unique opportunity to form a lifelong friendship.
